You may think that the steam car probably won’t make a come back but there is really no good reason why it can’t make a come back. The steam cars built by Abner Doble back in the day used steam generators which could produce steam in a matter of ~3-5 mins, pointed out in one of Jay Leno’s videos of the car, as opposed to ~15+ mins for the older fashion boilers that the Stanley cars used. On top of that a steam car can burn practically any fuel very cleanly, has no transmission and gearbox, along with a few other advantages but I’ve already typed long enough. So yes I personally believe steam cars could make a come back… it’s just a matter of having someone who wants to go through with building a modern steam car that’s the problem at this point. I mean we can build electric cars that have an efficient motor but batteries that can barely get ~250 miles and yet no one wants to look at the potential of steam cars anymore… pppfffttt please… give me a break… seriously. Just Saying
