Shere Hill Climb, one of the UKs most popular charity hill climb events is accepting entries for its 2020 event. Applications officially opened yesterday and will close on the 30th April. Motoring enthusiasts who are eager to take part with their vehicle are urged to apply as soon as possible to be in with a chance of being selected. This years hill climb will take place on Sunday 6th September.
The organisers of this fantastic event are currently deep in the planning stages for this year’s Shere Hill Climb. Due to ever increasing demand this years spectacle will see an increased field, which will allow for an impressive 220 cars to take on the famed hill.
As always, the event will be looking for an eclectic mix of entrants, including classic cars, vintage motorbikes and modern supercars. Due to the popularity of the event, spaces are strictly limited as it is typically oversubscribed each year. So if you have something special that will wow spectators, you could be in with a chance to fly up the hill in September.
If you have never been to Shere before then it is a day out not to missed and a must attend for any petrolhead. Plus our very own entry in 2018 with the Bertone x1/9, which actually didn’t go too well, thanks to mechanical gremlins. Despite the niggles it was a brilliant day of out!
